California cuisine part 1

            The sweet sound of the west coast culinary capitol is California. I believe that no where else can you  find  The freshest produce and all natural organic beef and proteins. Most if not all of the restaurants in California use local ingrediants in all of there foods. Fresh tomatoes, Fennel, Cucumbers, asparagus, and I can keep going all day. It seems that the big cities like New York, and Chicago where the first cities on the map considered to be the food mecca locations in the U.S. Now its Californias turn, I mean how can it not be one of the best food and restaurant states if everything you need is only a few miles away, you need seafood? then you get it fresh from the bay. Im not going to go into details about seafood because that will be in part two of this blog later on, but my point is that people should start realizing that California is a legitimate competitor, and not only in the states, but also in the world.
